Information You Choose to Send
A name or location entered in a search tool passes to the third-party provider that runs that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems. A message sent by email or a contact form may be kept long enough to answer and maintain the correspondence. We do not share a message outside our organization unless the sender asks us to or disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Normal web systems may collect limited technical information when a page loads. This can include:

- Referring page or site, when supplied

How Data Supports the Site
Technical and message data may be used to keep pages available, route a search to the selected provider, learn which resources are useful, correct errors, prevent misuse, and display advertising. We do not use a message for an unrelated purpose without a valid reason.
Outside Websites and Tools
Links lead to Itawamba County offices, Mississippi corrections and court resources, federal locators, and outside search services. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's own privacy policy and security practices govern. Advertising or analytics partners may use their systems to recognize activity across sites and select ads based on interests. We do not control those systems.
When Data May Be Shared

This site is intended for adults and is not designed for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly seek personal data from minors. A parent or guardian who believes a minor supplied information may use the Contacts page to request review.
Your Privacy Choices
Visitors may restrict cookies through browser controls and may choose not to send a message or use a partner search. Depending on applicable law, a person may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held directly by us. Such a request must include enough detail to locate the data and verify the requester's authority. Records held by the sheriff, court, MDOC, or another public office must be addressed to that office.
