The sheriff's administrative office is next door at 100 Joe Staub Road, Fulton, with phone 662-862-3401 and published hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The jail's own line is the direct route for a live booking question. A written county request can be routed through the Chancery Clerk under the county's records policy.
The Mississippi Public Records Act permits actual search, review, duplication, and mailing costs. No release-record fee was verified, so request a quote before work begins and ask for electronic delivery where possible. The Act generally calls for production or denial within seven working days under an adopted procedure, with a written explanation if more time is needed.
